LIGHT ROYAL CRANBERRY – June 2012
One of the winners of our Recipe Contest was Riley’s submission of Light Royal Cranberry. She pours 1-2 shots of Mount Royal Light over ice and adds cranberry juice to it. Her favorite brand of cranberry juice to use is Ocean Spray because it’s lighter on the calories but still has the same great taste. Riley says that this drink is delicious all times of the year but she particularly likes to drink it while laying by the pool in the summer. Enjoy!
